First off I decided on this place because of shuttle airport pickup . They do not pick up with shuttle . 2nd the remote to the TV was broken and was told someone who’s come and replace never showed up .

Easy to access and surrounding areas. At check in, the male front desk clerk was not friendly at all, actually kind of rude. I seem to be bothering him (maybe it was due to the first season Dallas game on the lobby TV I was interrupting). There was a pattern with clerks in that whole area of town with attitudes though. They almost seemed prejudiced or just hated life. My room door frame looked like it had been pried open by law enforcement and left a gaping hole you could see right through to the hallway. Someone stuffed a wad of tissue in the peep hole. The bedspread was white and dirty, but the bed was extremely comfortable and appeared clean - which is very important! The room had a dirty stench, which is typical with carpet in a pet friendly hotel. The town is sketchy enough and I was alone. I don't think I would stay there alone again but would with someone else. It served its purpose for two nights.

Booked hotel to pay at property they still charged my card before I arrived but I had my card locked while traveling. Then when arrived they had cancelled my rooms . Two young men working said they cancelled it was very rude about whole situation . After I showed them all my information from my booking that it was pay at check in so I didn’t see why they canceled. That we drove 7 hours and had kids with us . They didn’t care .Lucky found a nice hotel that was better location and friendly staff with amazing room

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness etc are excellent. Bed was comfortable to rest. But the room #312, has a WC that was not working properly. Once flushed, the water would not fill up automatically . Being an engineer, Everytime we flush, I had to open the water tank behind and adjust the lever so that water will fill up. The toilet paper holder was not there

Scary place
Was not so good. Upon checking in we were assigned a room that someone was already in. The first floor reeked of marijuana! The first room we were assigned to besides the one where the man was in smell like Pee! So we asked for another room, and they gave it to us up on the fourth floor. It was nice, but the air conditioner in it had a short we kept having to replug it in. Needless to say we won’t be going back there I was not impressed. At all.
