The keycard for the room never worked so i was either locked outside of my room or outside the hotel. Noise all the time, i had to ask to move floor 2 times. The ac didnt work so it was very warm in the room.

Everything was clean and the room was very comfy. The pillows were very small and a bit uncomfortable but we didn’t mind. Overall very quiet.

I selected this hotel because it was fairly close to Dallas Love Field and it offered overnight parking during my trip and shuttle service to and from the airport. I didn’t exactly get the shuttle service but I was transported to and from the airport via ride share. The first time (to the airport) the shuttle driver was running late so the hotel ordered an Uber (their expense) to take us to Love Field. The second time (from the airport) I called early in the day to make sure a shuttle would be available for our evening arrival and they told me to call back when I landed. I called back after we picked up our luggage and they said the shuttle driver had an emergency and had to leave so no one was available. I made arrangements for a Lyft to transport us back to the hotel to pick up my car and the hotel reimbursed me for that service. Another issue I had was at check-in, I was given a room key and we went to the room and there was someone already in there. This has happened to me at another hotel (different chain) once before and it’s kind of scary. You don’t know how someone would react to hearing someone come into your room. Luckily nothing happened either time. The front desk worker reassigned us a room and offered a complimentary snack from the convenience area. The new room was empty but detail to the cleaning of it was not given. The fridge was dirty and so were the walls and shower head. Breakfast was decent and hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.

The staff was great! The room was terrible: broken walls in the shower, a hole in the bathroom floor, hair on the towels, and burn marks on the bed. It was convenient for our early flight the next morning, and the breakfast was decent, but unless they made some major improvements I wouldn't stay there again.

This was a terrible experience. The front desk wouldn’t answer their phone to pick us up at the airport and left us standing at the curb for 30 mins. We were supposed to have a ride on the shuttle to the airport and the driver didn’t show up for work. They had called to confirm the night before but he still didn’t show which is what happened the night before also. I would NOT recommend this hotel for anything. The rooms smelled bad also.

Decent for one night. Disappointing that we booked a family suite, occupancy of 4, but had no pillows to accommodate our pull out sofa bed. Sofa was torn, very worn and borderline gross. Feet and socks were blackish from walking on the carpet.
