Never AGAIN!!
The staff was incredibly rude (this includes 2 times when I called ahead before our visit). While we were there I requested a wake up call at 5:15pm the evening of our arrival and at 5:45am the morning of our departure, we did NOT receive EITHER call as requested. The shuttle driver that drove us to the airport on Friday morning, drove like a maniac. I might give La Quinta another chance, but will NEVER return to the location in Dallas near Love Field Airport

The room smelled like mold. The AC was malfunctioning. They gave me a bar of soap that was opened and used. My room was missing the TV remote and I reminded the front desk every day. They kept saying they'd bring one to me but they never did.

We stayed for 1 night. We walked into the room, and the room smelled so strong, like someone smoked in there for days.I couldn't wait to get out the next morning. I hope they will fix this problem, otherwise the room is roomy, for 100$/night, it is just ok.

My flight was canceled due to weather conditions, and I needed to stay two nights. But it also required a shuttle to get to the hotel. I didn't know the area or know that Dallas has two airports. I read they had a shuttle, so I booked for two nights. I called the property to inquire about the shuttle a few minutes later. And the lady on the phone was very rude, saying they don't have a shuttle to DFW, I ask for the cancellation and she did not want to cancel the first night, so they kept the money for the first night. So to the property you can keep my money but I am not willing to deal with that kind of rude employee, specially after all the stress of having my International flight cancelled and had to wait 2 days in Dallas.

On the website it says it has a restaurant which it does not. The hotel is old and not kept up at all. It is in a sketchy area. Absolutely will not stay there again or any La,Quinta hotel.
