We liked the whole experience. As soon as I walked in, the staff was very friendly and took care of us right away with our reservation.,The bed was very comfortable. It was close to the AT&T stadium where we were going. There was no shuttle to it, but apparently, a guy in a taxi is always on stand-by, which we found convenient. He took us over and brought us back. After the game, we walked in hotel and we heard music. We go check it out and it’s a club. We went in there and had a drink, which was very nice, as well. We will definitely be staying there again.

The room appeared clean, but the hallways were musky and had a strange smell. The exterior gives the impression that the property is modern, but the interior could use renovations. The room was "good enough" for a last-minute booking, but I don't plan on staying here again.

Musty stinky hotel. This place uses the best pictures to lure you in...don't be fooled. Room, sheets and pillows stinky. Dirty from the elevator and beyond. Old dirty hotel. Never again will I stay there.

They gave us a room on the lobby level we walked in and walked in the bathroom and there was a bunch of cockroaches scattering after we turned the lights on. Terrible. We asked for another room. They didn’t hesitate and gave us a room and that was better.

When I checked into my room, i noticed dark stains on the comforters. It didnt appear that they where cleaned and possibly from the previous person that stayed there. On my final day I was woken up by a roach on my face and then another in the bathroom. I took them to the front desk to speak to the Manager but he wasnt available. I was told they would compensate me through Expedia for the inconvenience, doubt that will happen.. one w

Check in was easy and front desk made a great restaurant recommendation. Our room was in poor condition. Drywall and doors were poorly patched. Toilet overflowed on the first flush… the phone didn’t work so we had to call the location and go through all the prompts to get the front desk just to have them say we would need to go the front desk to get a plunger and take care of it ourselves. There was a HUGE roach in the Kleenex dispenser. We wanted to leave but there was a Cowboys game going on and hotels were booked. Plus we had already paid $450 and were told no refunds since we use a third party to book. First and last time we book with this chain…
