Need backup generator.
This is a great hotel with a pool and outside bar for adults. DJ on the weekend. I was there for Saints- Cowboys game. Book your room early. Saturday night power went out for 2 hours. This hotel doesn't have backup generator, so it got hot quick in the room. I would differently come back again.

I enjoyed the suite we had, with the king bed for my father and the bunk beds for my brother & I. Pretty spacious, clean, and chill.

The hotel had a fitness room and a pool with great hours. The parking area was large, clean, and well-lighted. The gift shop was well stocked with almost everything you could ask for. The staff was courteous, fast, and accurate. The site was convenient to EVERYTHING I could think I wanted to see and visit. Loved it!!!

Overall the staff was very friendly but the property itself was not what most expected coming from out of state. The bar/lounge was nice. Our power went out for a few hours in the entire hotel . No comp or anything . A few roaches here and there but that’s expected I guess

The lights went out for about an hour, a big hotel like that should have had a back up generator. We was not offered a discount at checkout. You need to do something about the bathroom very hard to get out tub ,it needs a grip pad in the tub.after you get that soap on your feet you have to be Very careful you don't fall.As well,the morning front desk person is very rude and unhospitable,No Smile,No Good morning or Evening or how can I help make your stay better,she SHOULD NOT BE THE FIRST PERSON TO GREET YOUR GUEST!!!,other than that,I enjoyed myself but a discount should have been offered,and I give the staff of the Zuri restaurant and bar a BIG SHOUT-OUT, THEY MADE US FEEL RIGHT AT HOME,EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY,AND THE CHEF WHO BOILED THE TURKEY NECKS WAS EXCEPTIONAL AS WELL.

Upon check, put bags down went out, back upon arrival notice tv did not work, call front desk they traded it out to another non working tv. Then electricity goes out for hours, it got pretty hot and of course no staff could tell us when or if it would be back on that night, luckily around 1 am it came back on. Bar on property is popping so if that’s your thing you will be happy.

First time for a power outage while staying in a hotel but that was out of their control. This is not a clean tidy hotel room. Items left from previous guest in bathroom and hair in shower which lead be to believe it was not cleaned.
