Everything was wonderful during our stay. The staff were friendly, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. Although we didn't receive an upgrade, we were on one of the top floors, and the view was lovely. We each received a complimentary drink, but the drink menu was quite limited. It would have been nice to have fresh juices available. One downside was that the shower drained very slowly, which was quite frustrating. Additionally, the gym requires an appointment since it's quite small, which could be seen as a positive or a negative.

Good value Hong Kong hotel near ferry Port. But boy are the beds hard. Breakfast is good. And staff are very nice. All in all a good economy choice in a non economy town 😊😊

The location of the hotel was very convenient as it is steps away from public transport - bus, train and ferry, as well as a large variety of dining options. The family room is very clean and spacious for 3 travellers, with a beautiful view of the harbour. We will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The property was convenient to bus routes and very inexpensive cab ride to Hong Kong Park. We liked the starbucks in the bottom of the building. The breakfast option was very good. So many hot food options and a variety of culture options. Our room had a wonderful view of the harbor from the 23rd floor. It was a little dated, but the shower was super hot and the water pressue was great. It was a great spot for a short stay.

This hotel is easy to get to from the airport you get the A11 bus and it drops you off at the Macau Ferry you can walk with your luggage but I got a taxi much easier. I had a room on the 32nd Floor the bed was very hard so the hotel offers a Topper to make it more comfortable. If you call reception they are very quick to respond. The shower was very small. Large room and good location you can get the tram which is just across the road and there's also a 7-Eleven to the left of the hotel as you come out. There is a great restaurant the New Five Dragon directly opposite the hotel. The food is delicious and good value for money. I ate there three times. I tried a different dish each time. The bus back to the airport is close a 5-minute walk. The room was relatively quiet but the location is very busy and bustling.

Overall, a good bang for your buck property. The ibis is a no-frills hotel. It is a basic room with a bed, desk and washroom. It is especially good for solo travelers who don’t want to break the bank. The rooms are smaller, but decent size for Hong Kong. The bed, like many have mentioned is very firm so if you do not like firm beds, you will probably need to ask for a topper. The washroom is where I had the most to complain about. The cleanliness of the sink area, the bathroom floor, and the shower were not the best. Additionally, the shower is extremely tight even for me who is quite thin. The draining in the shower takes very long and can also be a problem as others have mentioned. Otherwise, you get what you pay for and it is a good bang for your buck as it is usually one of the cheaper places to stay near Central in Hong Kong. Stop for friendly enough and speak English for the most part. Starbucks and an English style restaurant are conveniently right outside the ground floor. Good place to stay if on a budget in Hong Kong.
