Like the location situated in a quiet street. The drawback is no Uber driver seems to know the place and we have to walk out to meet them.

The location is good and close to MTR station. The room is small and dirty. So small that it can not fit in a chair for the guest. During my 9 days stay I have to sit in my bed to watch TV. The elevator is slow and crowded especially during check out time.

The check in time took quite a bit of time. We have got offer to upgrade a higher level to 32 floor. The room is attached with another room which is a Mother's room. From the beginning I thought it should be ok, but when the other rooms guests arrived the problem came. We can hear conversation from them. It was so so so.... annoying. We couldn't sleep until they stopped their activates. I don't think it's a good experience for any one of us as a traveller. Its hard to recommended this hotel to others. Good luck to all of you.

Worst Front desk services throughout my travel exp
Horrible check in especially when we are in super late . Won’t highly recommend this hotel. The front desk is super omg services but the services at the ground floor are super nice . Guides us where to go for food and shopping . No customer services at the front desk! Never book cheap hotel !

Front desk staff don’t know how to smile, didn’t offer much help and not flexible at all. Many guests from north of Hong Kong that speak loudly, we were disturbed by noise after midnight and early morning from next door. So avoid this hotel if you want peace and quietness. The cleaning staff on my floor was friendly and professional.

Room carpet was dirty and sticky. Room was smelling cigarette. Building internally is very noisy. You can hear rooms from the side, upstairs. Also pipes working. In general it was a poor stay.
