The staff was amazing. Breakfast had ok options. There cockroaches in the room! 3! And there was a smell by the bed. Other than that it was good. I just wish there were not cockroaches

Average property.
This property is average. Particularly the elevator is pretty sketchy, never fully confident you aren't going to get stuck. We couldn't locate any ice machines and there full sized refrigerators didn't have ice machines or ice trays, so no ice was available, kind of a staple. The pancake machine was broken. Breakfast was ok. The staff at the front desk was friendly and check in went smoothly. We would stay here again, the price is reasonable.

Convenient location. Room was noisy, foundation issues three pest sightings in room. Desk and 1 800 number said they could not honor Sonesta points because booked through Expedia.

The property itself is rundown and in need of serious maintenance. Outside there was a good amount of trash including condom box left on the ground for days. No matter what time it was there seemed to be a group of people sitting in front of the front door smoking. The smell of marajuana came into our room each day. We had cockroaches in our room along with other bugs. It took us about an hour to check in. After calling weeks in advance and multiple times as we got closer requesting a 1st floor room they had us on the 3rd floor. Then the upgrade offer I had received via email had not been applied. Eventually we ended up in a room type we requested and on the first floor. Then I noticed they had charged my card another $803 on top of the full amount I paid making the reservation. Anytime we went to the front desk we were told that they person these couldn’t do anything and we would have to come back another time when someone else was there that could do something. There were other issues as well but those are the biggest ones.

The room was super clean! If you’re looking for top notch breakfast this place is not it. Breakfast is perfect for someone who just wants something in there stomach before they leave, but over all the hotel was perfect for our short stay.

The hotel room offered a lot of space for 5 people. The living room furniture definitely needs to be replaced. The hotel offered breakfast but the pancake machine was out of service. When walking to get to our room the hallways had a strong chemical smell. The property did seem safe & good overall value
