The staff were friendly and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only downside was that it was a bit of a hassle to clean the utensils in the room and it would be great if house keeping would collect each morning and replace,.

A nice stay close to everything and still quiet. The pool is small, but fine. The gym almost with no equipment. The breakfast is mainly toasted bread with jam and a basic yoghurt + juice and coffee. But the beds were nice, everything clean and the service good. So for the price we felt we got a good deal and can recommend as a great base to explore NT from.

What a perfect place to stay in Darwin ! The staff were amazing from arrival to departure , the room had everything we needed with nice views of town and the oceanfrom the 8th floor balcony and windows. Free breakfast was basic but more than enough to get us going each morning , pool was perfect as was the spa. This place is perfect and we recommend it to anyone staying in Darwin , short 10 min walk to the CBD and 15 mins to the waterfront precinct. Thanks for an amazing stay , 10/10 for you guys! You deserve it being an amazing team that look after your guests.

Comfortable and quiet, in a location close to restaurants, grocery stores and shops. We found the area around the hotel to be a little run down, but still safe to walk.

We really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great especially the coffee. The bed was comfortable and the room a good size. It’s just a short walk to the centre of Darwin. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Location was excellent, just a short walk to free bus services and shops, cafes. In our room the hair dryer was very old with littke power and awkward to use.

We enjoyed our stay at The Argus. Location was within reasonable walking distance (about 15-20 minutes) of the city centre and some great eateries. Continental breakfast provisions were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
