Stayed here for 2 nights and it was really nice… Staff were friendly, helpful and courteous… Had dinner in the on site restaurant, not great… a bit more attention to detail regarding food presentation would greatly enhance the plates… eg… adding a little side salad to the burger and chips, having ketchup, mayonnaise etc… already on the table… However, we would have no hesitation in staying here again…

Club Tropical Resort is exceptionally clean (why I like to stay there), however, this stay I was in an upstairs room and the water pressure was very poor and made showering unpleasant.

A drunk person was laying on the common walkway and making loud noises. Police were called by the managers but never arrived! Clearly there was no on-site security support which one might expect for such a large resort. This was extremely unsettling for our kids
