Give me what my money paid for
Overall, the stay was average. The black man at the front desk was very rude as if he had an attitude when I asked if any more rooms was available with a balcony. The young lady that I spoke with earlier that day, I think her name was Leslie. She was very nice and sweet, unfortunately she was not the person that greeted me. I would stay in this hotel again because it is in a great very safe location and it is close to a lot of things.

The room was nice enough, but there was no gym, no food and our TV only got like 10 channels. I asked the useless guy with the goofy glasses at the front desk about the TV and he said he would have them program the TV, They didn't. When I picked the hotel it listed the gym and teh food options, but those weren't available.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Not too big of a hotel, the workers were very friendly. The only think that i did not appreciate was the fact that NOBODY cleaned our room the entire 4 days ….. i even went to the front desk,they said it would be cleaned …. came back from the football game, and it was still in the same condition as before.

We've stayed here many times in the last 2 years and consistently receive friendly, professional service. At this time the hotel is being renovated so will be a much nicer property soon.

Nice, quiet, but needs some improvement
Room was very nice but it was a bit noisy there. They are moving in new furnishings. I was disappointed in the lack of breakfast but there are a lot of paid options nearby. Bathroom sink ran at a trickle though.
