It was great; the pictures and the room matched. Most hotels pictures express different than the rooms really are when you arrive. But with this hotel was on point with the pictures. Everything was nice.

The overall stay was somewhat comfortable, however, our toilet stool did not work and when we called the front desk to come fix it, their response was we will try to find someone. No one ever came and each time we used the restroom, it continued to fill up. No one offered us another room or any compensation for our uncomfortable stay. This situation was not pleasant or sanitary.

Fine spot for Cowboys games
Good place to stay walkable to ATT stadium. Friendly staff; clean, spacious rooms; free parking; very quiet at night. The breakfast is weak but free. Rather have a pot of scrambled eggs & a pot of sausage like many other hotels.

Great hotel with the friendliest staff!
Had a very comfortable stay. I must say this property exceeded all of our expectations. Friendliest staff who ALWAYS had a smile on their face. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable with great advice as to where to go and how to get there. Very clean property with big, comfortable rooms. Wow what a great hot breakfast every morning. This property was in a great location for walking to the stadium, restaurants and bars. I can’t forget hot coffee, tea and cookies were a nice treat every day. Will be back our next trip to Arlington.

Staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a little dated and janky but it served our needs with the separate bedrooms. The “sofa bed” was not like a normal sofa bed in that it laid out to a flat vinyl surface with no padding and no mattress. Had to get extra blankets and some padding for that. Breakfast was good and coffee and water throughout the day as well as cookies in the lobby. Stayed in the building back from the lobby area and had no noise. Very quiet. Once again the staff up front in the lobby was fantastic. It is not a luxury hotel but served our needs and would definitely stay there again.

Traveled with a family of 4 for Cowboys Thanksgiving game. Room layout was perfect for us without paying for 2 rooms. Suite with 2 bedrooms and pullout couch. What I didn’t like was the noise of other rooms.
