The room was in very bad condition with the worst mattress I ever seen(I got back pain from sleeping 2 nights), the towels weren’t clean and room wasn’t superior as I booked. I was in this hotel 3 years ago. A very big changes happened to the worst side

Great location where the Nile river meets the Mediterranean Sea. Room 2029 2 double beds is excellent it’s near elevators and has a balcony where you can sea both the Nile and the Mediterranean. Breakfast buffet is loaded and chefs where helpful. Fast service over all. Room and premises are clean. It’s the best hotel in Damietta and serves local tourists mainly.

The location is nice as you get a beautiful view of the Nile river and Med sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms already feel a bit outdated as the hotel has been open for a few years now. Not much dining options. Breakfast is ok, standard options.
