A Comfortable and Fantastic Stay
It was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious and nicely furnished, with a small sofa and table perfect if you want to have a bite or drink in the room. The beds were incredibly comfortable; I slept unusually well for a hotel stay. The breakfast buffet was small but had everything you could need eggs, bacon, toast, coffee, juice, fruit, and more. It’s not a luxury hotel but it was very clean and well maintained. For its price range it’s definitely a 5/5.

Easy access fenced in parking clean well serviced room pool. Only 2 story. Great breakfast and dining at Lone Star. Pokies. Across road fantastic eatery’s especially Italian restaurant. Away from hustle and Bustle of surfers paradise but close enough to venture out. 2 free drinks on arrival

Thanks staff were friendly and helpful. Convenience with upstairs event happening for a few days. Comfy beds. Dinner was good especially, zucchini chips yum!! Breakfast was good too.

First time staying there and I won’t stay there again as they charged my credit card an extra $200 without telling me, I was refunded but it still is an actual charge on my credit card instead of a “hold” like most hotels do for deposits. So make sure they let you know what’s going on at checkin.

I spent 3 nights at the hotel as I participated in the Pan Pacifics Masters Games. The check-in and check-out experiences were smooth, quick and helpful. My room was clean and had complimentary water, coffee, tea and milk. The free buffet was a big plus and helped me energise and prepare for my sporting events. The staff were all helpful, courteous and provided excellent service. There are a few restaurants across the road and a huge Dan Murphy's next door, although the nearest supermarket (and shopping mall) are 20mins walk away so best to rent a bike or catch a taxi. Overall the hotel provided everything I needed adequately. I would easily return in future.

Great property & easy distance to Broadbeach & pacific fair. As it’s a lonestar, there’s a great restaurant on site, food was very good & breakfast was included which is awesome. We’ve stayed here more than once & I wouldn’t hesitate to come back.

First room faulty light switch and we got moved second room another faulty light switch, we were offered to move again we declined. had to kill a cockroach and took photo to show front desk heard nothing more from them. during breakfast had tradespeople working and holding tool box meetings in the restaurant.

What a great hotel. Pool and full breakfast included with a bar, restaurant and onsite slot machines. Close location to Pacific Fair and Surfers. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks to the friendly staff too!

We had very relaxing holidays. Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet was very nice. Just in future if they can cover their fruit at buffet time would be great. Because there were few flies around the fruit .
