Excellent stay at the holiday Inn! Went above our standards. No complaints whatsoever!

It was good experience, i like how considerate and accommodating the staffs are. I would go back there again, if i happen to visit Dar es salaam in the future.

Hyari and the fitness managers were great. The food was excellent as well as all of the food management staff. The pool and scenery was excellent. Only problem was that there was a glitch in expedia booking causing me to double book. Even though the hotel was informed in advance and contacted my Expedia to change this they refused to refund. That is dirty and the truly don't need the money that bad to do something like that.

The staff went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and stress-free. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with every amenity you could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The on-site facilities were top-notch. The pool and restaurant was the highlight of my stay—pure luxury! Breakfast each morning was a feast, with a wide variety of delicious options to suit every palate. The location was ideal, close to major attractions but still peaceful and quiet. I felt truly cared for during my stay, and I can't wait to return. Element hotel exceeded all my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a five-star experience!"
