Didn't have the room i requested. Try to give me cheaper room for same price . Food was bad over price. Place looked old and not maintained. Over all i would ever go back there. Worse place i been.

The room that they gave me, the location is not good, There is a window but facing the wall of the next building. You can’t see the outside world. You can see the water treatment, some constructions materials dumped downstairs.

Staff were not knowledgeable. Additional steps were needed to check in, taking extra time that was not needed. Some staff are great, some provide no help at all. The complimentary water is not managed well, and the aircon unit was spewing out a terrible smell. The Staff did not try to provide a different room. This location is not recommended, and i will not return.

Stafff are all friendly, buffet breakfast, my room is clean thou on the bathroom shower needs shower mat and handle bar for safety when you are under the shower It is a very good place, I can recommend
