The stay was pleasant enough. Nice foyer but the bar appeared to be closed. While the room itself was very clean the grout in the shower basin may need some attention.

The person staffing the desk late Tuesday and Wednesday did not look up as we passed. With an unlocked front door, anyone can wander in. Spa discount at Hepburn was very nice.

From the moment we arrived the staff at the front desk made us feel welcome, and that continued for our entire trip, dinner in the virgin lounge was absolutely beautiful and the service was at a very high standard. Room and bed are clean. Recommend the following for serious consideration: 1. Improve room ventilation 2. Add an insect screen to the window 3. Reduce audible pump or washing noise from 3:30 AM 4. Reduce gurgling noise from pipe and/or the split system 5. Replace tap valves
