When we checked in it had a broken toilet seat, one of the outlets are broken, the fridge might not be working, and it smells musty in here We decided to just cut our losses and come home. We don’t wanna get sick from mold/mildew

Well the bathroom that b ran very slow to drain and there was a huge hole in the wall behind the toilet that had an aluminum plate that didn’t cover the hole, the hall carpets were very dirty and we used a back entrance down or to get to our room, you were supposed to use a room key to get in but door didn’t lock so anyone could have come in through the door.

When we checked in the lady apparently put me in the wrong room. We were told room was 315. We got to our room and they were still cleaning it. Bathroom lights only one of them worked out of 3. When I checked out the man at the desk asked me if I was with another person. The woman had me in too 300. But I gave him my key thing and it clearly say 315. The hotel needs a major update.

Smoke smell in the hallway second floor. A/C worked great in room I was nice and cool. No channel guide for the TV. Apples for breakfast or beat up and bruised I wouldn’t eat them. The hotel is outdated but my rooms and bathrooms were very clean. furniture in a room outdated and beat up .

Initial room was uncleaned. There was cat food on the floor, the bed had no sheets and the mattress protector had several stains with one large one looking like blood. One light didn’t work and all phones and clocks were disconnected. We spoke to the front desk and they arranged for us to be in a different room. It was much better once it cooled down. Staff had their dog in the eating area when we were eating breakfast. Not a huge complaint there but probably not the best idea for cleanliness. Overall, would not stay there again but happy with how the situation was handled by the front desk. The property definitely doesn’t match the pics on Expedia.
