This villa is characterized by its location in the middle of the nature reserve on the slopes of Montgó. Here, the peaceful location with views of Denia on one side and Montgó on the other invites you to enjoy without worries.

The impressive view over Denia, its castle, the port and the beautiful beaches, as well as the sea, can already be admired from the car parking area of the property.

The villa is situated on a large plot of land with palm trees, cacti, oleanders, olive trees and pistachio trees and can be reached through a few steps. These lead to the main entrance and the large sun terrace with outdoor shower and the 8x4 metre pool. Again, the views are fantastic.

On the main floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open-plan kitchen with dining area and a living room with fireplace.

Through the patio door of the living room you access the large sun and shade terrace. Here you will find a comfortable resting corner where you can once again enjoy these impressive views.

Accessed via an external staircase is the studio which has a hallway with access to the bedroom and bathroom. Here again is the fantastic view!
Next door is a storage room with the washing machine.


The location of the villa is far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to the centre of Denia, the port or the beautiful beaches.
Bars and shops can be reached on foot, but a car is recommended due to the slopes of the mountain.

During the renovation, it was important for the new owners to maintain the style of the villa and yet not to forego the comforts of comfort, always with the idea of sustainability and limited resources.

The distance to the sea is about 4 km, to the centre about 3 km, to the shops about 2 km and to the bars/restaurants 1.5 km.

The villa was good. Everything you needed was there. pool was big enough and very clean. The location is a bit less because you need a car every day to get breakfast etc.

CASA CON MUCHAS POSIBILIDADES, PERO DEJADA
Lo primero, fuimos engañados, ya que decía que tenía aire acondicionado en el anuncio de VRBO, pero al llegar tenía el salón, y además, funcionaba con escasa potencia. Realmente la inmobiliaria lo anunciaba así en su página web, pero VRBO no, pero en cuanto protestamos, inmediatamente fue cambiado. Al llegar, la limpieza era escasa, motivo por el que también contactamos con Carlos Ferien(inmobiliaria), que mandó inmediatamente a dos personas altamente eficaces, que dejaron todo perfecto. Las fotos llevan a engaño, es más pequeño de lo esperado. Y es muy caluroso.
