Great Stay!

Accurate Description & Centralized Location

Our group was blown away how accurate the pictures and description was of the property. The location makes it very easy to get on and off the highway, head to the ocean side or bay side of the cape, and enjoy everything off of 6a and 28. We were able to enjoy Brewster, Harwich, Yarmouth, & Dennis almost daily given the location. 10/10 would stay again and recommend

Beautiful spacious house.

We brought our family here to visit Cape Cod area. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. We came from Idaho and loved the area. The beach is close, lots of eating choices. One thing to note: there are no extra blankets to cuddle up with at night for a movie. Also no beach chairs which would have been so handy to take to the beach. Not a deal breaker and still loved the house and our stay.

Great Geteaway

Haven't been to the Cape in 10 years and wanted to go back to the area we were familiar with. This house had it all. Great location, minutes to everything, but the house has all the amenities you would need. I never needed to contact the owner because we had zero problems. We had a total of 6 adults and not one complaint. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful Cape stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. Short drive to the beach, very close to town and is also a great central launching point to visit the many quaint picturesque towns on the Cape. The home is quite spacious and with a very good feel to it. Nice backyard with FirePit and grill. Very quiet and private. 4 spacious bedrooms, roomy kitchen area and a great finished basement with game room. Perfect to have fun when you need a break from the sun or if the weather isn’t great. Lastly, I can’t say enough about the owner/property manager Vinette. She was very prompt in her replies to address any questions or concerns. She went out of her way to make sure we felt at home and comfortable. I recommend this property and would definitely stay again!
