The room had quality issues. The tub faucet was broken hanging loosely off the tub surround. I showed a video to front desk representative and she would not discount my room stay due to QUALITY problems that were unacceptable. No one has contacted me to make this right and discount my room. I expect better for a room at this price point. Completely unacceptable and the property should be ashamed.

My family had a nice stay at this hotel. I really liked the breakfast buffet and the rooms were nice and clean. The people at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. We traveled with two dogs and had no issues with that. We liked that there was a grassy area with a poop bag station right outside the hotel, so it was easy to get our dogs to do their business.

Everything worked out perfectly. I was travelling with my two young kids and was a bit nervous about what to expect. The staff at the hotel were all so kind. Beyond kind. Especially the ladies working in the breakfast area. They were patient, friendly, and so helpful. This was a great hotel for us. The one negative is that the pool was freezing. It didn't stop my kids from enjoying it, but made it difficult for me to stay in very long.

A short Vacation stay
I have previously stayed at two other hotels in Denver that didn’t have good parking or no parking at all. We pulled into the parking lot. There was actually a parking lot. I Loved the morning breakfast that was free with our hotel stay. Granite our hotel was about 25 to 30 minutes from the stadium that was only drawback, but I definitely recommend this hotel and I will be coming back next year hopefully around the same time. Also all your staff anybody they encountered was very, very friendly.

The kitchen staff in charge of breakfast were amazing. The common areas were spacious and very comfortable as well as our room. Easy access from the highway.
