Internet Issues, hot room

Internet was down in my room for the duration of the trip after the first night. I was moved rooms to fix the isssue, but the room was the floor above my old room and also had the same issue. This made taking business meetings a pain from my personal hotspot, and made relaxing at night by streaming from the room TV not an option. The air conditioning in the room was not adjustable as I am accustomed to, essentially it let me adjust the speed of the fan but not the temperature of the air coming from it. If it was blowing out hot air, turning the temperature down would not make it blow cool. I expected much more out of a Hilton stay. My trip was from 4-14-25 to 4-18-25.
