The hotel shuttle doesn’t leave from where all the other shuttles leave from and I waited for way too long before giving up and getting an Uber. There is an automated response when I texted the hotel and they told me that I was in the right place and said to keep my receipt for the Uber and they would sort it out when I arrived at the hotel but when I arrived I was told that I would have to speak with a manager to sort it out. I had to leave again at 6:30 am so that was not possible. The hotel needs to tell people where to catch their shuttle. It was extremely frustrating given that I’ve never been to Denver airport before and don’t know my way around. I did not realize that there is more than one hotel shuttle pick up area and the staff at the hotel made it seem like that was my fault.
