The indoor pool was not heated, quite chilly, and the hot tub was broken and we were told it has been broken for nearly a year. The hotel overall is very nice and clean and the staff was great.

Decent hotel for the price, all the basics were nicely covered. Appreciated being able to do laundry while there… My one big quip is that even on the coolest setting, the room was pretty warm, and housekeeping changed the settings while in there so it got even warmer? Also my bedding had a stain on it. The immediate area is just a bunch of hotels, felt safe there, and there’s some food places driving distance down the street in a plaza which was nice.

Rooms were smaller than several other of the 15 hotels we visited in the last 15 days. Ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor (we were on 4th) had to go to 1st floor to get ice. They had a good selection for their breakfast, better than almost all we visited!!

Im not sure how this property gained its franchise with an inoperable hot tub and an indoor pool that has never had a heater, let alone a working heater. This left the water as cold as a Canadian pond in December. Staff seemed non-chalant about it, with a melodramatic roll of the eyes and a bored "It is what it is." Other than that, at least it beats econolodge

Very professional service from the shuttle pick-up at the airport to check-in. Room was clean and comfortable and everything worked well. In the morning, the breakfast buffet was ready by 6am, allowing me to grab a muffin and piece of fruit on my way out to the shuttle, which was prompt and efficient. Great stay!

This hotel could use a re-do
This hotel structure is long in tooth. It’s time for a remodel. Our sheets were thin, the springs on the bed were noisy, and the faucet in the bathroom was difficult to turn off so that water wasn’t wasted. The place was clean and the staff friendly. But other than that it’s a place to sleep before or after a flight, there’s not much to compliment. And when we checked in there must have been a list of a dozen things we had to agree and initial to. Other hotels have 2 or 3 at most. Is this a case of overactive lawyers? Anyway, it’s a great way to turn off clients before they even make it to the room.
