The Property requires some upgrades especially to the leaking roof in the foyer and entry way to the restaurant. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. Suggestion would be to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Smokey Joe's restaurant served great food and the restaurant staff (Ray, Amber & Grant) were very friendly and welcoming and made our stay enjoyable. A special thanks also to Adam at Reception for upgrading our room on arrival.

Located in a quiet part of Hervey Bay, this hotel has almost everything you need for a lovely stay. Quiet rooms with comdy beds. The shower is a-maz-ing! Good size outdoor pool and spa. We ate brekkie at a cafe about 5mins walk. Hervey Bay CBD is a short drive away.

Good stay with buffet
Enjoyed our stay at Ramada in Studio room. Beds felt like foam, but clean and slept relatively well. Buffet breakfast was good, but real coffee extra, had juices included. Close to marina for our whale watching cruise that was fantastic. Loved the fact that they offered the buffet which other hotels close by didn’t, with fairly good pricing.

We visit here annually. It was a great stay as usual. The showerhead was the only disappointment, fine stining mist. The light fixtures needed tending to in our room due to rust n no longer being adjustable. The pool n spa are fabulous. Area is great for little families

Our stay was quite good. Checkin and rooms were good. Restaurant was only open for breakfast so missed out on evening dining experience at the hotel. Nearby restaurants were very good though and only a short walk from the hotel.
