Just perfect hotel, clean good beds , super nice beach, good treatments in the Angsana Spa , very good food and the people are hust Super nice and helpfull. We have benn here almos 8 times!!! Sure we will be back!! Thanks to all the staff

The check and in service staff excelled but the restaurant staff specially the pool bar a d the roof top bar both need to up their game

I have one way to describe our stay… “when can we book our next stay” !! From the pre trip check in on our ferry timings to the pick up and drop at the hotel, the welcome and seamless check in. It was A+ customer service all the way. The hotel is new and everything is very well managed. The spa was great- we had the signature and herbal treatment, they also made a last min schedule change as per our request. The hotel has a wonder and huge pool with a restaurant catering to drinks and food pool side with a continental menu. The main restaurant in the hotel serves local cuisines but the very highlight is the breakfast spread. It’s sooo sooo sooo soo good, and very generous. It was my birthday, and the staff had decorated the room so beautifully. We stayed in the ocean terrace king room and wow, not to mention the huge balcony! The view was stunning. This review would not be completed without mentioning Indra who welcomes us and is such a talented mixologist. The smiles on the Sheraton staff faces and the unbelievable hospitality make this an epic epic trip! Thank you ❤️❤️❤️

Rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are well maintained and the surroundings are quite beautiful. There are only two dining choices on weekdays and there many things to do during the day as the city and towns are not close and there are no interesting places to visit nearby. It's great if you want to sit around the pool all day, but not if you want to get out and see things.
