Where do I start! I miss everyone at the Hilton Rose Hall so so much! I traveled to Jamaica to celebrate my birthday and you all were phenomenal. I’m getting emotional just writing this because I miss you all so much! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was something to do every night! This resort was the place to be! I love Sea Castle and this property was as listed. Marjorie was an excellent host. Looking forward to my next trip.

Excellent and responsive host. The building interior is in great condition. Cozy and comfortable. However the building exterior is in a dilapidated state. It is no fault of the host a the entire property is like this. Securities were easy to deal with and approachable.

Will never EVER CONSIDER staying here again and I will never advise family or friends to come to this property. Poor communication, no cable no pool no remote for the TV. The television that they did have was broken doors open and shut all night by themselves or the wind. If you let them tell it you have to bring your own tissue. You have to bring your own Wi-Fi for Internet fire stick you had to bring your own trash bags, Netflix it was not up to par for anything other than having a roof over your head. They lie about having a swimming pool for the kids a lot about having premium cable channels. You only have Wi-Fi every other day if you’re lucky , it was a horrible experience. That is all I have to say anytime you needed something she would say I’ll have to tell the boss but will never get back with you with a response or a solution so pretty much you were on your own and I wasn’t able to get in the house until after 6 PM and check in time was at three

We went for a funeral and stayed in this beautiful home for 15 days. Despite being there when hurricane beryl hit and losing power for a few days Mike and Mr Gilly were great. Very caring and considerate, and ensured we had everything we needed. Now to the home, wasn't sure what to expect .The photos dont do it justice. The home is new, modern, and very clean in a very safe community. Dealing with Mike was great, very responsive, and accomadating. Will be back in September and looking forward to staying here again.
