I loved the breakfast. My suite was fantastic and beds were comfortable. Room service was great. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Detroit Michigan.

TERRIBLE!!!! The room was dirty and dusty.. The room was not properly cleaned. The housekeepers FAILED. I had to LITERALLY clean and disinfectant my room myself. I will never stay here again.

The staff greeted us with a warm welcome. Friendly. Love that I gave the same great experience at every Holiday Inn and appreciate the continental breakfast to start my day. Lots of food options.

Due to the inclement weather conditions caused by a storm the night before my visit, the staff did everything reasonably possible to accommodate guests. The facility was forced to operate with a backup generator. I commend the staff for making the best of an unfortunate situation. I witnessed staff providing care and coordination to a few senior citizens with health conditions and limitations and adhering to ADA guidelines for accessibility on the 1st floor. I also witnessed staff de-escalating a disgruntled guest, who had an issue with her credit card being charged, which caused her account to be overdrawn. Nonetheless, the staff were very professional. I look forward to another opportunity in the future. Thank you.
