I booked this place almost a year before arrival, the day we show up they tell us they want us to go to another hotel for the night because others flights were canceled and they were allowing them to stay in our room, rather than asking them to go to another hotel, I refused. We had traveled from the USA and we just wanted to settle in. They put us in a tight room for the night , then rushed us out in the morning because "someone else needed the room". Put us in a terrible room with no electricity, Finally the manager came in and she was able to give us a great room, after moving 3 times at this point. The waterpark was nice and enjoyable, the shows were nice as well. The service was mediocre. The final day , we were checking out and they owed us a credit for one night for so much hassle, however they tried to only give a credit of $80 , because "we stayed the night", 4 people in a standard room!! After going back and forth , finally they credited the one night , but then had the audacity to try to charge and extra $80-90 for Expedias commission!! Unbelievable, all around bad experience from the time we entered the building. The waterpark was the best part.
