We were looking at a lot of properties on your website. When we showed up, we realized, we had booked the wrong one for us. The hotel won't help. The hotels.com customer service is not user friendly and I was unable to talk to anyone regarding my situation and we were forced to stay or walk away from our $1100 3 night stay. We felt like hostages.

Our flight was cancelled and the airline sent many many people here. The staff was great, and quickly got us in (early) to a room.

This hotel was very good, it was easy to shop and find what I needed and the food was amazing I would definitely recommend this hotel as I will be returning in the future and one of the workers was named Krishna and he had very good customer service he was very kind .

When I was leaving the car park the barrier would not lift intercom not working phoned reception they said they would lift barrier waiting about 10/15 minutes phoned reservation and eventually got barrier opened this is very poor what if there was a fire and no way out

We booked the room last minute due to a change in our travel plans. The room and bathroom were both clean and the room gave us the quiet experience we needed. The toilet didn’t flush, the sink didn’t drain and the shower water was so hot that we couldn’t use it. I had told the front desk and was told they would send someone up. No one ever came. I also called down to have water sent up and it never came. Very disappointing.
