Our amazing stay at the Grafton started the moment we walked through the door, we were early and were hoping to just leave our bags but our room was ready which was a real bonus! The staff were brilliant and gave us suggestions for dinner, offering to make us reservations if needs be. The attention to detail from the staff did not stop there, in the bar later we were really well looked after and then again at breakfast my dietary needs were cared for so well - most enjoyed hotel breakfast in a long time because of this. Room was decorated really nice, a good size and layout, desk with plugs at it is a great bonus not always found at hotels. For me this was for make up and straighteners but equally equipped for working if needs be. The bed was huge and the bathroom was very clean and had a high end feel to it. But the staff make the difference at The Grafton, every one we interacted with had a wonderful manner and made us feel really well looked after. Location is perfect for shopping and a nice stroll through St Stephen’s Green. Plenty of restaurants to choose from close by but if it’s your thing don’t miss Bambino across the road, don’t be put off by the queue and enjoy their pizza slices.

Wonderful hotel!
Really enjoyable! It was my friend’s birthday and a plate with fruit, chocolates and brownies awaited us in our room. A beautiful card accompanied it. The Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely return. The location is superb also.

Parking was a bit of an inconvenience as it was around the block in a parking garage and cost $22 a day however, the hotel gave a discount so it really cost $16 a day. The bar downstairs in the lobby could’ve had a better selection on the menu for snacks in the evening with your cocktails. It would’ve been nice to get a platter of fruit or a platter of cheese to have with drinks The hotel served dinner in the bar area and it was not comfortable. They could have provided tables and opened up the area that they open up for breakfast. As far as the room was concerned, it was very comfortable and very, very clean and up-to-date.

I did not like my assigned room which is next to the elevator. but hotel was fully booked and front desk could not do anything about it. However she contacted the manager and the manager got us an alternate room. Though a handicap room it did its job.

Very nice and helpful staff . The hotel is a bit basic for example There was no place to place your clothes i- there weee a few hangers but no closet or draws. However the staff is absolutely lovely. In addition it is very central to everyrhing makes walking around Dublin very easy .
