I recently stayed at this hotel with my family (2A, 2C) and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is very convenient, being close to the airport, which makes it ideal for travelers (we stayed overnight for an early domestic flight out). The rooms are spacious and well-suited for a small family of four, offering a separate bedroom that adds an extra level of comfort and privacy. The view was beautiful with all of the city lights. The buffet breakfast was a great, with plenty of delicious options to start the day right. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. However, the only downside we encountered was the difficulty for Grab or taxi drivers in locating the front entrance of the hotel. They often ended up on the wrong side of the street, which made it challenging for them to turn around, especially on a busy road. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would recommend this hotel for its spacious accommodations, excellent breakfast, and great service.
