Rooms are clean and tidy. Mattresses a bit soft but did get a good nights sleep. Toiletries supplied. Kettle with tea and coffee etc and small tv. Good breakfast at an additional charge but the room was a great price. The food is good. Far enough away from Dundee. Decor and furnishings a bit tired but if you are not looking for 5 star this is a good recommendation. The staff are so welcoming and constantly working. They do a good steak.

Awful Perhaps the worst place I have ever stayed. Filthy and decaying . Mattresses in awful condition with so much sag we were nearly in Australia . Filthy under beds . Smelly pillows . All in all terrible . Don’t stay here unless cardboard box is the only alternative

You get what you pay for .£60 is very cheap so accommodation in old building is poor. However I would recommend paying alittle more and getting more. Pictures of accommodation is of separate modern block which I’m assuming is alot better . However rooms in old building are poor.
