Broken and stain furniture, tub drain needed to be cleaned, mirror was not completely attached on bathroom wall. Heating/cooling unit very noisy. Looks like this is the room they put damage furniture in. I assumed I got this room because I booked via Expedia. I noticed the day before I checked out the other rooms were not like this. I mentioned the condition of the room at checkout-the staff apologized but it was too late to request another room. Room 512. The bagels and muffins were delicious!

Great stay at Chelsea Savoy!
I had a very nice stay at Chelsea Savoy. My room was spacious and clean. The hotel is in a great area and just steps away from a subway stop. The free breakfast (coffee, bagels, and muffins) was a bonus! The staff was friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay again.

The Chelsea Savoy Hotel is located in a great area where everything you need to visit is walking distance. The best part of my stay in this hotel is the great customer service that me and my husband received from Robert and Eva, Lobby/Reception. From the time we walked in to the hotel until we checked out the customer service is amazing. They allowed us to drop off our luggage since we came in really early due to an early flight. Robert has offered us to take the free l breakfast first before hitting the road. Agy from the breakfast room was very accommodating. She has offered is with bagels and muffins, coffee was finished already but she offered is with tea and hot chocolate. Agy is the best! The room is outdated, but it has everything we needed. The bathroom is clean with toiletries. The bed is so comfortable, can’t complain. There are good restaurants around the area, and just few walks away. There is a nearby grocery store which we visited two or three times to buy fresh fruits and salads. This is a big plus for us! There was no need for us to take public transport to go to different places, my husband and I enjoyed walking everyday! Overall, our stay at Chelsea Savoy Hotel is great! Thanks to Robert, Eva and Agy. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay @ NYC.

This property was good for the one night we were there. The only downfall that I have is, the beds!! They sit really close to the floor and hard quite hard. It was a very nice hotel otherwise. Easy access to shopping and public transportation options.

This is an affordable hotel in Midtown compared to NYC prices. The rooms are not fancy, more like a Holiday Inn, and lack amenities like a bar or restaurant. However, they do serve muffins and bagels in the morning, starting at 8 a.m. The front desk is helpful, and you can store bags as needed. The location is excellent; there are restaurants, a pub next door, and a liquor store nearby.

This is a pretty basic place with a great location, close to two subways and you can’t beat the price. This would not be a good pick for anyone that needs lots of amenities or luxury features

Honestly the service was horrible, the wifi signal was so weak. There was like no breakfast like they said they had. They only served bagels and coffee and the lady serving out the bagels was so rude. I asked for two things and she was like surprised as to why I asked for another muffin? LIKE I PAID FOR THIS HOTEL. The staff were rude and the concierge was useless. The only nice person was the cleaning lady. The bathroom looked really old and the sink was dirty/chipped and the carpet was really outdated. The outlets didn't work, the light flickered, just everything SUCKED

All Great Except for the Beds.
This hotel is in a great location for the Chelsea area. It was clean and the free continental breakfast was surprising good. The only problem was the beds were terrible. They were hard as a rock with indentations in various places where most people sleep. These need to be replaced before I can stay again.

For the price you pay for these rooms I expected it to be a little more than a motel 6 stay. I truly felt like I was staying at a tweaker motel. I’m very upset about that. But luckily it was only one night otherwise I would have left. Staff was absolutely phenomenal it’s not their fault this “hotel” is disgustingly overpriced.

We had a really nice stay. Everyone was very nice. Our room had two beds, which was nice. Nothing fancy, but good accommodations...no view, but we didn't plan to sit in the room looking out the window. Breakfast was good, coffee, bagels and muffins that were huge and very fresh. We had to check out super early to catch our flight, and even though breakfast wasn't open, the gentleman offered me to come in and take something to go.
