Check in process was a bit of a joke. Went to check in early and they said we just had to wait 15 minutes. We said we’d come back in a bit. Returned 2 hours later and still had to wait 30 minutes while they sorted out our room. The amenities say pet friendly but we were charged $20 per 5lb dog. No where did it state we would be charged a fee, let alone something so steep. Property itself was nice, they’ve done well in the common areas. Kids had fun in the pool, despite the jets in the hot tub not working. Room didn’t have a door on the bathroom, just a sliding barn door. You can see the room isn’t super clean, they need to do more than just install nice fixtures. Completely average.
