Awful… we left
The place was a hole. We came from the airport after midnight and were tired yet immediately so that the hotel was deplorable. The inside seemed to either be under construction, or fixing problems. We went up to our role in the hallways, smelled horribly - combination of mold and smoke. I said that if this continued in our room, we were checking out immediately. And then I added that ig were not comfortable staying here we would leave The sheets in bed did not leave us with a good or clean feeling, and I stayed up for hours. We left soon after we woke and spoke. Hotel manager made an exception and canceled the rest of our reservation - with both of us needing to contact Hotels.com. When we were picked up by a taxi to take us to our new hotel, we were told by the taxi driver that this place never rebounded after Covid and that many transient were using this hotel. If possible, I would’ve left zero stars not one. No one should ever stay here. Hotels.com should immediately remove this location from its site. I had to call many times to document our stay to achieve a refund with no cancellation fees. I am so disgusted that we had to pay our one night that we were there. Hotels.com is supposed to be a trustworthy and reliable service app they failed miserably here and need to work to remedy this situation before I ever feel comfortable using them again.

The included Breakfast was surprisingly great with lots of options - they should really advertise it. Super close to Red Arrow bus stop and easy to get to the LRT as well. Walking distance to big mall. A couple bars nearby. Area was pretty quiet, but it was also winter. Rooms were clean and large. Everything worked. Cards for door entry had to be reprogrammed a couple times after failing. Pool and area wasn't that great, but you could use it. Sauna good enough. Overall, lots of value for the space.
