The staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was gross. I debated on finding another hotel for the night but I had already spent 200.00 for this room. So the room was gross. The toilet didn’t look like t has been cleaned in ages. The carpet in the room had stains all over it, the walls were dirty, the bathroom counter had toothpaste on it that was not from me. For the amount they charge, it should be taken care a lot better.

The faucet in the bath/shower didn't work properly. Cold shower because no matter what position you put it in the best you can get is warm. Bathroom vanity counter had a large crack in it that was repaired but should be replaced.

It’s clean, I like how they upgraded our room from double beds to queen size because they knew we’re family. Thanks so much for that! What I don’t like was the waffle maker I think it should be replaced it was sticking too much even you spray oil that’s why it’s taking time for everyone. Overall we had a great stay!

This hotel was terrible. Overpriced for the dirty small gross rooms. Unnesecery charges, making me pay to park my truck outside. Bath tub didn’t drain water while showering. No windows to open for any fresh air. Very gross and dirty place.

The air conditioning unit blew right in your face as you slept. Water damage covered up poorly on ceiling and hallway. So in need of an update.

All of the staff were wonderful to deal with. Our room was clean and spacious. The dry saunas are located in the separate men's and women's washrooms

Pillows were dark brown, stunk like smoke. Made us park offsite site as there was no parking left. Homeless people all around the hotel.

There was blood splatter on the walls in my room. As well as water damage, damage to the windows making it look like someone was trying to break in. The area was unsafe and the bar downstairs looked like a homeless camp. Breakfast wasn’t great either. Not much option and looked sad. Whole building smelt like wet moth balls. Staff was friendly.
