Went for a Zach Bryan concert and when we arrived at the hotel. After the concert there was an hour and a half lineup to get into 2 of 3 elevators that worked. I understand mechanical failures and I’m totally ok with that, but the way the whole situation was handled was unprofessional. The hotel is not equipped to handle the traffic that large events bring in. To not have a stairwell that can be used in situations like that is horrible and a safety concern.

Though I understand why there was limited parking due to the barricade between Holiday Inn and near property, take into consideration spots to accommodate guests. It was a fairly busy weekend and the with the one elevator down was grateful to only be on the second floor as the stairs were the only option for us unless we wanted to wait for, I don’t know how long, we gave up after a solid five plus minutes of waiting for it to show. We did that a few times and then didn’t even bother to try. Staff were very friendly and helpful which made those problems fade. Room was fantastic even though super busy it was not noisy. Breakfast was always delicious, need to work on the coffee, which was horrible. Dining area always clean.

Room was clean, cleaning staff was great. Only had 2 towels in bathroom, despite the fact I had put 3 in the room when I reserved. They wouldn’t deliver towels to room as only one staff at front desk, so had to go down and get more. One elevator was out during whole stay, so had to wait lots for one elevator
