Great Family stay
It was generally a great stay at the hotel. I will score breakfast 7/10, staff was not smiling but I dont it could probably be a busy morning. I will come again. I like the area, the cleanliness of the room and the quiet location.

Convenient location, clean, decent breakfast which is nice as so many hotels are now going super cheap on breakfast with almost no options. Here they had scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, baked beans, hashbrown potatoes, toast making, pancake machine, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal. Pillows were decent and bed firm but comfortable

We checked in after 4 PM and were told that our room wasn't quite ready. They gave us a noisy room right beside the pool. We requested another room and were given a room with two Queen beds (We had paid extra for a King room) We were finally given a room with a King bed. Upon checkout, I learned that I had been charged again for a room which I had already paid for on Expedia.Still don't have a credit on my card for the extra charge. Will never stay here again.

Great all around property for anyone travelling for work or with family. Friendly staff, breakfast was 10/10, comfy beds and clean, spacious rooms. Great amenities and lots of options for dining and entertainment a short distance away. A location. Will stay here again!

It could be better. Just need to have vegan or non-pork options for breakfast. Amenities was okay. Toiletries need to be requested and no longer available inside the room. Bed and sheets were fantastic. I have stayed in other Holiday Inn and they seem to have similar and limited freebies for guests. Could be inflation too.

Hotel is great but i tried to cancel my 2nd night - hotel said must do it through Expedia - tried to do it via the app to no success - by the time i got ahold of somebody (good luck!) they said it was too late. Ergo: the hotel is fine but there is no point booking anything through Expedia.
