Our stay was ok as it was a place to sleep. The bed we had was horrible. There was a big crater/dip in the middle of our king bed. Even if my wife and I lied on the edges we still rolled to the centre. That is how bad the crater is on the bed. Plus it was very very uncomfortable. In the elevator we saw a sign saying that the breakfast will be an unforgettable experience. Honestly that is a very false statement. The breakfast is very forgettable. Food was mediocre at best and I can not believe the amount of waste this hotel goes through for dishes. Everything was paper cups, plates, forks, knife’s and spoons. This was very disappointing to see how this hotel chain contributes to the environment impact. Government is trying to crack down of waste and this hotel is adding to it not helping in any way. This is a hotel with a with a full restaurant and guaranteed to have a commercial dishwasher. Not sure why or the reasoning as to not to use actual glass dishes and silverware. As for the pool well that is an embarrassment. For a big hotel and as nice as it is looking from the outside you would think it would have a better pool and location to it. The hallway going to it was freezing and very dungeon feeling just getting to it. My wife and I thought this would be a good paper bring the kids to have a little weekend getaway but after our stay there is no way I would bring my family here or recommend it to friends/family. Very disappointing!

There was a pile of renovation mess (buckets of smelly paint water, materials, etc) outside the elevator and the pop and ice machines were out of order. Breakfast was mediocre (but not bad). Outside stairs to the parking weren’t shovelled and packed with icy snow. Room itself was clean, quiet, and safe. No issues that weren’t mostly circumstantial and hopefully not a regular occurrence.
