The room size was great. However, extremely dry in the room. Got up at 5 am to have a shower to try and get some moisture . We couldn't turn the temperature below 18.5. The fan was noisy and ran all night. Disappointing for the class of Hotel. Maybe it’s not a 4 star anymore.

We had a wonderful stay here at the Westin! The staff were very friendly and accommodating! Special thanks to Rofa who checked us in quickly and efficiently - great asset to their team!
