Los Cerros is an excellent hotel. Their entire staff is extremely friendly. Front desk could not be more helpful, bar tenders make amazing drinks, and servers are extremely polite. Ignacio can be found on the grounds to help you plan your hikes reviewing maps and weather forecasts with you. The kitchen staff is doing amazing things, every meal I had here was incredible. The hotel itself is beautiful, amazing views of town, the river, and the mountains. We throughly enjoyed our stay and I did not want to leave! We also enjoyed the spa and massages which were very relaxing. Overall I feel this hotel goes above and beyond for their guests everyday. If you are between hotels I cannot recommend Los Cerros enough.

My stay at Los Cerros del Chaltén was nothing short of exceptional. Perched atop a hill with stunning panoramic views of El Chaltén and the majestic Patagonian mountains, the hotel’s location is perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed with large windows that framed the breathtaking scenery.

the hotel is beautiful much nicer than the pictures on Expedia so that was a pleasant surprise the staff were fabulous so friendly so affable so willing to go out if their way we went there to go in the trek to fitz roy and los tres lagunas which was extremely challenging ( for physically active 66 and 71 years old) but incredibly beautiful when you get to the top el chalten itself was another pleasant surprise sbd i could see coming back and spending a month trekking i. this area

I couldn't start the rental car in the morning. The hotel staff was extremely helpful in looking for jump cable. It turned out the car just needed a little push in gas. But their expedient and courteous help was very much appreciated.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with spectacular views that truly enhanced the experience. However, the breakfast options for vegans were quite limited, and the spa did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. While the living space upstairs was comfortable, we noticed that the game area hadn't been dusted in quite some time, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the town of Chaltén itself is absolutely charming. With attention to these few areas of improvement, this hotel could truly elevate its offering to match its potential.

Us and some friends stayed in December 2024, we both had a great stay. Rooms very comfortable, great condition, clean, and the views from the rooms are STUPENDOUS! Prices might be a little high for El Chalten maybe, but the breakfast spread was pretty extensive and included with your room price and again, the views are better than probably any place we have ever stayed at. BTW- the restaurant in the hotel, very solid, the Carpacio appetizer was to die for!! We did that two nights in a row, AMAZING. This stay was a bit of a splurge for us, but well, well, worth it.
