The hotel’s location was excellent, with spectacular views that truly enhanced the experience. However, the breakfast options for vegans were quite limited, and the spa did not meet the expectations of a 4-star hotel. While the living space upstairs was comfortable, we noticed that the game area hadn't been dusted in quite some time, which was disappointing. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the town of Chaltén itself is absolutely charming. With attention to these few areas of improvement, this hotel could truly elevate its offering to match its potential.

Us and some friends stayed in December 2024, we both had a great stay. Rooms very comfortable, great condition, clean, and the views from the rooms are STUPENDOUS! Prices might be a little high for El Chalten maybe, but the breakfast spread was pretty extensive and included with your room price and again, the views are better than probably any place we have ever stayed at. BTW- the restaurant in the hotel, very solid, the Carpacio appetizer was to die for!! We did that two nights in a row, AMAZING. This stay was a bit of a splurge for us, but well, well, worth it.

All around fantastic. The room was large and clean. The service was too notch. The bar/lounge/restaurant has absolutely the best views and dinner was amazing. Highly recommend.

Service was excellent. Friendly and accessible staff. Rooms were clean, bed comfortable. We were there during cooler weather so no issues with room temperature. However, I noticed there is no AC so that would be a concern for me in warmer weather. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel covers everything
Staff did an excellent job. Extremely attentive. Dining was too notch with a regional wine list. Signature drinks were fun. Hiking concierge was there every evening to help.
