I really enjoyed my stay

I stayed there with my daughter for 12nigth,and I only can say good thing about the hotel,we had a amazing view,the bed was very confortebly wich for me its really importante,the food was amazing, and the personal are incredible nice,I'll be allways greatfull to them the way they help me with my not delivery luggage at the airport, they were sow helpfull,help me solving this problem for two day's. I booked this property to bring my family for a nice beach getaway. I've used VRBO in the past and have always had good experiences. This was the worst I've yet had. In short, I never even got to see the property. The phone number on the VRBO listing was a false number, not related to the property. Trying to contact the owner/manager through the app also did not work. No one sent anything in advance on check-in or even location (there is no address). And I wasn't about to drive hours in a foreign country to a place without an address and no one to call. The worst part is that when I called VRBO they told me they couldn't help - and that I was out of the refund/cancellation period. I had to escalate to supervisors to get resolution and even now, two weeks later, I have received nothing. STAY AWAY from this property ... and frankly, don't ever use VRBO unless you have verification, directly from the owner, of the legitimacy of the property. Otherwise, you may be out of your money - or left out in the cold.

The staff were really friendly and helpful when they let us in and gave us our room key. However; the aircon was not working and the room was very unclean and swarming with bugs. I know the hotel is cheap but I’d rather pay a little bit more and be somewhere clean and with working aircon. Pro to the experience was the nice man who let us in though :)
