Horrible rooms, tiny space, you can feel the metal on the bed, so cheap they don’t put shampoo and soap separately. No microwave or fridge, tiny bathroom, just standing shower

It's a summer camp. It should be advertised as such. It's very dated, and very dirty. We were there for less than 24 hours because we were flying out the next day. The 6pm check in time was really late so that was frustrating but after getting into the room I was all set with it. I assume that cabins are cleaner and there was an overwhelming amount of activities to take advantage of for groups and families but for our purposes it was overpriced.

We just had an overnight and would definitely come back for a longer stay. Roller skating was fun for our kiddo. Mini golf had a lot of people on the course but never felt backed up. Swimming facility was excellent. Great atmosphere and will be coming back for sure!

Fun Family Resort
We enjoyed our stay. We were in the Wind River Lodge and had a great mountain view from our room. We loved the balcony! There was a larger mini-fridge in the room. We did not have a microwave but there was one available in the lobby. The carpet is a little worn, but I felt the room was clean. There was a combination shampoo/body wash product in the shower even though it advertises no soaps. There was a box fan in our room that worked perfect to place in front of the screen door to keep the room cool. We did not miss the ac or tv. There was plenty of space for three of us. There is so much to do! We enjoyed the aerial course, indoor climbing wall, making necklaces in the craft building, hiking the trails (the river is beautiful), mini golf, and just walking around. I really hope to plan a trip back sometime!

This facility is outstanding for families. With our multigenerational stay, we utilized the game room, miniature golf, other outdoor activities, a guided hike into Rocky Mountain national Park. It was also convenient to go to Estes Park in order to pick up groceries or grab something to eat. we always felt super safe here as well. Highly recommend!

Check in time of 6pm is unacceptable (I have stayed in hotels all over the world, never had later check in than 2-3pm). We were repeatedly told we could have earlier access, repeatedly lied to. Only food service for non-group people was in a horrible cafeteria with hundreds of teenagers (the one decent restaurant was closed both days we were there). Staff had no interest in non-religious group-affiliated guests. $236 a night for a simple poorly-equipped hotel room.

There was no reason to leave the property as there were so many well run programs, restaurants and general store: There was even a library on site. I especially enjoyed the horseback riding into Rocky Mountain National Park. There is much to do near by as well if you choose to leave the property.

Not air conditioning, but being in the Rockies, that wasn’t an issue. The double bed dipped in the middle.
