Great quick one night stay. Rooms nicely appointed and beds comfy. Included breakfast in the main building was great. Just be prepared to walk up stairs to your room (no elevators) and be in a different building than the main. Otherwise excellent

I was in the Franklin Bldg. rm 101. Avoid this room. Balcony right next to maintenance ramp. Noisy all morning. Was woken up every day of my stay with large carts and garbage cans. I was there for 5 days and asked to have room serviced half way through. Left clean towels and did nothing else to clean or maintain the room

A lovely hotel in a great location!

Room location not good (3rd stay) in one of the old buildings. No balcony. Sunken room with partial parking lot view. Earlier stay in the same building was fine with a room and balcony facing the creek and once in the new building.

Overall a great experience. Staff in lobby was very friendly and efficient. The room smelled amazing, noticed it as soon as I opened the door. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.The road outside my window was loud but I don't see there is anything the hotel could do about that.
