"This is Living"
Located in a rather central part of Noronha, albeit down a steep cobbled laneway, we found the beautiful Pousada do Vale (it’s right next to the taxi station so you never have to wait long for a ride. They offered 20% off our first night’s meal plus a free drink each which we gladly took advantage of, and the friendly Thiago and Carlos looked after us well for breakfasts and dinners. Points to note about this hotel; DO check out the fruit garden, if you’re not from Brazil there are many fruits from there that you may not have seen before. Take insect repellent. The mosquitoes on Noronha will eat you alive Note when booking the room that unlike any other hotel I’ve stayed at in the world, this place works by guest not by room. So if you’ve booked a Superior room for ONE guest you’ll need to pay substantially extra for the second guest. The shower nozzle is a bit clogged so the water stream is more of a dribble than a spray The wifi is patchy, this is typical across the island and is relatively easy to live with. Our stay was for 4 nights and the rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel was helpful in finding us a boat tour and also getting us information on when the baby turtles were being released. Overall a great place to stay even if a little expensive.

I rarely do reviews but everything about Pousada do Vale was wonderful. The staff could not have been friendlier, the cuisine was exceptional and the accommodations superb. It is a hidden gem on a gorgeous island. It's not easy to get to but Fernando da Noronha is one of the world's great places for beauty with astounding beaches.

Beautiful Pousada, rooms, and restaurant were excellent, the location is perfect, just a short walk away from town centre with restaurants and little shops. The only problem is for clients with disabilities as the path to reach the Pousada from the Main Street is uneven and goes down in a steep way.

Beautiful hotel and great staff
The hotel is wonderful in every aspect. It’s very well located, close to some main beaches and right next to a taxi center. The hotel facilities are amazing: the restaurant’s food is great, the pool is very comfortable, the rooms and common areas are always clean and well attended. The best part is the staff, the hotel personnel is very helpful and very nice, always attentive to guests’ needs. I would definitely come back!

Ótima localização
Tivemos uma ótima estadia, com toda equipe sempre muito atenciosa e prestativa. A pousada é muito bem localizada, próximo tanto a Vila dos Remédios como a Praia do Cachorro (5-10 minutos a pé). O restaurante da pousada é definitivamente um dos melhores da ilha e o café da manhã é excelente também.

Minha avaliação será pelo EXCLENTE atendimento que tivemos da Pousada do Vale. Infelizmente um contratempo com nossa reserva não nos permitiu desfrutar das estadias, porém, fomos realocados para outra pousada parceira, com estrutura de igual excelencia e qualidade, em suite superior. Fomos recepcionados pelo Fabio no aeroporto, que nos levou à nova pousada, nos explicou com detalhes o ocorrido, presenteou com um voucher para jantar no maravilhoso restaurante Do Vale, nos presenteou com um espumante de boas vindas, nos convidou para um café da manhã com eles, e não pouparam esforços para nos atender bem, mesmo que em outro local de estadia. E para finalizar com chave de ouro, foi meu aniversário no período, ganhei surpresas no jantar e no café da manha que estivemos presentes na pousada. Por fim, nos deixaram no aeroporto ao final da viagem. Qual lição podemos tirar? Um problema foi minimizado com várias gentilezas, sem se omitir um instante sequer de suas responsabilidades com os hóspedes. Portanto, estão de PARABÉNS pelas atitudes tomadas, e deram lição de hospitalidade. Somos gratos, e um dia voltaremos para ficar na Do Vale. As pontuações que eu dei nesta avaliação foram baseadas na visita que fizemos às instalações, e pudemos ver o carinho e cuidado com os detalhes.
