If you are looking for location and not service things the place for you. We ended up abandoning our booking and booking somewhere else due to the rudeness of the staff and their unwillingness to assist with an upgrade. Making comments like you should have booked with us directly and not through an agent are not helpful. To upgrade they wanted an additional $350 per night. When we asked to speak to a manager we were advised she was the manager. So no options. When we checked out after one night no questions were asked as to why. They literally didn’t care. Terrible service and even worse attitude.

Disappointed due to room was way too small and it horrible configuration. The bathroom smack at the far end of the room with the city view; such a waste of the view. No space to move around. The location of the hotel was great right at the center of the shopping area. The breakfast buffet just standard .
