$313 room, the shower was tiny and there was a step down into the bathroom. I almost fell after tripping on it. Mattress was very hard.

The first room we were allocated Room 355 stank of sewerage as it appeared the bathroom floor waste had dried out. We were reallocated Room 341 which was fine BUT instead of excuses and an explanation as to why, it would NOT HAVE OCCURRED IF THE ROOM HAD BEEN CHECKED BEFORE WE WERE ALLOCATED IT! WE never did get an apology! Food is offered with this stay but the poor presentation booklet, the fact that it ‘presented’ like airline food and eating it even in a fresher smelling room did not encourage us to ‘dine in’! Furthermore it didn’t appear that a beer or glass of wine was on offer..

Great option but tiny bed
Fantastic to have the option to stay in a hotel room and in a flat bed, but the bed was tiny and hard, so I didn't sleep much at all.

It is a very useful facility for in transit travellers and was very clean and quiet for a rest and refresh. The food available in the transit lounge was included in the hoyel cost. One meal per person every 6 hours. Transi lounge use is timed.

I arrived at 00.30 and there were no issues checking in. The room was a good size. Comfortable bed. Lovely to have a hot shower and a rest for 6 hours before my next flight. Would use again. Very easy to find as next to the butterfly garden. Also enjoyed the breakfast included

This facility was clean and convenient. My reservation said I had use of the room from midnight until 8am but the hotel said I had to be out at 6am. The breakfast offered had many nutritious options.

Easy check-in and polite staff. Room and bathroom very clean Very comfortable bed, quiet. Slept well on our layover between flights. Woke refreshed and ready for our next long flight. Buffet food available in the lounge next to hotel.
