Everthing about this hotel is a solid 4. Staff, service, cleanliness etc. Very good, but nothing outstanding or memorable. Rooms are dated and a bit small which is typicall of all Singapore rooms to be fair. However, the location is just amazing! On top of the Lavender MRT station and a food court, surrounded by yet more dining options and a market. We'll be back.

Hotel’s best feature is proximity to MRT station. Clean, but the rooms are on the small side. The shower area is tight and cramp, and no hand towels are afforded.

It is located right on the Lavender MRT station, which is very convenient to get around to different places. The hotel lobby has a good feel, friendly staff, very clean rooms and corridors, comfortable bed. The available space is very well utilized for luggage storage, and the bathroom is small but functional. Foreign exchange and mobile store to get sim card were right outside the hotel, which were very convenient for me. And many food outlets and grocery stores very nearby to get stuff. Overall highly recommended.

Customer service was great! Arrived early and Kim was very helpful. I ask if possible I can check in early since I had been on the plane last 17 hours. She replied with courtesy voice , let me see if there is any availability room ready for me. Will book this hotel again.

V Hotel has always maintained our rooms clean and organized and is so convenient by having so many dining options just outside and the MRT being a minute walk away from the property. Will be back again!!

Hotel Lavender is very convenient when you need to catch there muni. Also many food area around and the staff is very friendly. The only thing that got a star knocked off was the tiny rooms.

The property was located in a convenient area. The issues I had this time was the noise of the other guests playing music long after 10PM and the ongoing stench of smoking in the halls and management did not seem to care. The breakfast was inedible after trying it and cannot see myself staying there again.

I chose the hotel for its location as I wanted somewhere off-airport but easy to get to from the airport. In that regard it was perfect. Otherwise not so much. Check-in was efficient but unsmiling. The room was a good size but the bed and pillows were hard and the decor dreary. There was a hairdryer tethered in a drawer with a lead which was too tight and very uncomfortable to use. The wifi was good except when it didn't work at all for about an hour in the morning. After check-out I left my baggage with the concierge. When I returned for the bags and asked to use a restroom, I was directed to a rather unpleasant one outside. Not being able to use facilities within the hotel seemed rather poor care for someone who had just spent almost £100 for a night's stay.
