Latest I have been checking in at an airport as thanks to the absolutely fantastic early check in service at Jewel, my luggage was gone and my boarding passes was in hand. I simply strolled from the hotel to my gate and was ready to fly in 30 minutes (less if you decided to run). So in the convenience stakes, this hotel cannot be rated any higher. The staff were immaculate in their service and attitude with their eagerness to assist in every way. The rooms were spacious and superbly comfortable. The nice big bathtub offered a great soak before bedding down in the king bed. Even the TV that was directly facing the bed was just the perfect sized for watching from that distance. The windows, which offered a great view of SIA aircraft taking off (if you are into that sort of thing) must be brick thick as the room was whisper quiet. The use of the pool in the lush garden was thwarted by the rain which was most unfortunate. The only downside is that the breakfast buffet was just run on the mill for the price. There was limited local favourites and all the dishes were just ho hum with nothing memorable except for the pandan dumplings.

This hotel is a nice option for transit through Singapore. It’s a short walk to The Jewel, and plenty of food options are nearby. Also, the rooms are nice.

Comfortable and quiet
The hotel is designed really well so that you don't hear the planes when you are in your room. They have a filter water spiket in the bathroom, which is extremely convenient and eco friendly.

Great hotel, great people.
Stopped over in Singapore on my way to London. Fabulous stay at the Crowne Plaza Changi airport. Easy walk from the terminal, outstanding staff - so friendly and personable - and a beautiful large room. Also loved the on-site restaurant. Great food and once again very friendly staff. My general feeling was that this hotel did not live up to its 5 star rating however nice everything looked. First, I tried contacting the hotel via Expedia one week before arrival and never received a reply. I brought it to the receptions attention and they promised to inquire what went wrong. We were a family of four checking into a 2 bed room but only two bath towels were in the room. I had to call twice for housekeeping to deliver two more towels. This is basic and should be standard in a hotel of this price point to include four towels. To make matters worse and I hate to sound picky but these were also the worst (thin and raspy) towels I’ve ever encountered at a five star hotel of any chain. There were visible stains on one duvet and the electric curtains were ripped and damaged. Upon getting ready in the morning and in a rush to get to our flight, my wife discovered the refillable body lotion was empty. We didn’t have 15 mins to wait for housekeeping to deliver more. Again, the feeling of a hotel being stingy is not good hospitality. Clearly some better management of housekeeping is in need. Breakfast was offered to us to make up for the non reply of our inquiry via Expedia and it looked great but again looks aren’t enough at a five star level. I found the food bland and uninteresting. I would only return if it was a long layover. Overpriced and overrated.

Second stay at this wonderful and convenient hotel
Another excellent stay. Arrived after a delayed flight so requested a late check out, which was granted. Room this time wasnt in the Jewel wing, which is what im sure i booked, but it was equally as well equipped, clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

The room we were assigned was not near the runway, but we could see it along the corridor, which was the perfect. We still could hear the engines of the planes, but it wasn't disruptive to our sleep. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathtub was a huge plus for us too~ dining and shopping were all within walking distance, since we were at the airport.

Often at airports you can still hear noise. This airport offered a very quiet experience. The only odd thing was the bathtub overlooking the road. But there are privacy shades. Very comfortable and enjoyable.

It’s right next to T3 is convenient to walk to the hotel. Hotel facility is nice but check in line is long and slow moving. Wish they had express check in option. The room is clean and spacious but some rooms are facing the runway, it’s nice and fun to watch the flights take off and landing but it’s also very noisy all night. Ask the front desk to assign a quieter room if you are a light sleeper, the staffs are very friendly.
