Generally good stay experience
I have feedbacked to the staff at the reception that the bathroom's water spray of the shower head is weak, and its spray head holes seem stuck. Overall, the stay is good. Thank you for the staff who allowed me to check in earlier and check out later!

I think overall the hotel is located at a very convenient place, clean and quiet. The only thing I am not very happy about is the breakfast, a lot of the supposedly hot dishes are not hot, they are not maintained at proper temperature.

Cockroaches In Holiday Inn Atrium
Business trip prepaid for 10 nights in the Holiday Inn Atrium. On the first day there was a couple of issues, which the duty manager sorted out quickly to my satisfaction. After that everything was going well, Hotel was good value for money and the staff could not be more helpful, remembering my name and little nice things like that. On my second last night coming out of the bar i was confronted by a very large Cockroach in the lobby! which i took a couple of photos off. First time for a cockroach in Singapore! On check out i mentioned the aforementioned insect and although it was noted but no one seemed surprised.... I will stay again.

Close to the brown line Metro. There was nobody at the front desk for a while when we arrived. We got the bellhop to get someone after waiting for a bit. It’s clean with great views. But the Atrium in the middle of the whole place looks a little desolate and could use some livening up.

Great customer service.
The experience is very good overall. The staffs were nice, they were able to accommodate my requests which I am grateful. The food is somehow ok, it can be improved. Just not my preference I guess. Other than, everything were nice.

The water pressure from the room shower head is one third that to have a good wash. I ended up washing at the health club everyday for 5 days instead. Very very inconvenient. But cannot wash off the soap otherwise.

The staff here is amazing! I mentioned in the notes that we were celebrating our anniversary, and they truly went above and beyond. They surprised us with not one, but two plates of complimentary marshmallows, and even added a lovely decoration! We’re also loving the unique architecture and the fun elevators.

The food served during breakfast is fantastic. The daily changes in the food gives travelers great options when you have extended stays. Laundry room is a huge plus. Pool facilities are great. Connection to the MRT is also a huge benefit. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Singapore.
