Beautiful hotel near all the amenities
Beautiful hotel and near all the amenities. The bed and the pillows were really comfortable and it had a fabulous shower with lovely soft towels. Didn’t get to use the pool because the weather wasn’t that good, but it looked lovely. The only thing I can fault it with they was a bar on the top floor, but you had to book just to get a drink.

The Swissôtel was exemplary in every way. The buffet breakfast had so many options, the service was efficient, the pool and bar were very relaxing. Everything was close by and the room was in excellent condition and spacious enough for our family. Great city views too.

The property and location are excellent, and we were overall very satisfied with both the accommodations and the services provided. However, there were a couple of areas where we felt improvements could be made. Firstly, the lack of a dedicated desk for booking tourist activities was a bit disappointing. Additionally, the wait time for the breakfast buffet, which was up to 40 minutes, was not ideal, especially for families with young children. Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a wonderful stay and appreciate the overall experience.

This is a terrible hotel( bed and breakfast would be a more accurate description). The check in is a self service check-in computer screen that does not remember your details once you've checked in. Breakfast: Shambles. The breakfast area allows sunlight to filter in through a glass roof that is too bright and extra warm. The area has the ambience of a FISH MARKET. There is insufficient seating beyond a handful of tables and there is a long queue before they can tell you whether you will have to wait 10-40 mins before the staff can find you a table. The breakfast choices were ordinary- more like at your local YMCA facility. Poor value for the fee charged ROOM: The air conditioning in this room is intentionally disabled and does not work properly or kept at such a low level that the room is VERY HOT during the night. Sleep is impossible due to this faulty air conditioning by the Hotel management in all the rooms here. Be prepared to be tortured. Overall this is the WORST HOTEL in all of Singapore. The Hotel management and the board of owners are probably sponging and leeching of the customers by cheating them - proving inadequate facility, poor breakfast, poor air-conditioning in the rooms thinking they can save money to make ill-gotten profits. Someone should tell this Hotel owner this is a sure formula for business failure. Please avoid this Hotel at all costs! '' The Worst Hotel in Singapore''

Great stay! So glad that we stayed here. The hotel already has great restaurant but is also connected to the Raffles City Mall and the City Hall MRT stop, so that made things very convenient. There were some small bugs in our shower but housekeeping took care of them.

The Stamford is a very nice hotel in a great location. The views in any direction are superb. The property has benefited from a total refurbishment fairly recently which has enhanced the quality of the rooms. The location is ideal for the MRT too. However the hotel lacks any personal touch or feel which is an issue that could be addressed by the management.
