We stayed in NYE 2024 to attend the Pinecone drop. While it was busy, the staff and manager were great. Breakfast was included and it was good. Parking was limited in front of the hotel but there was a parking structure next to it. Overall a great stay for families.

Great Stay in Flagstaff – Would Definitely Return! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, making it convenient for both exploring the area and attending events at NAU. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The food was fantastic on the first night, with a great variety during the evening cocktail hour. However, on the second night, the food ran out quickly within just half an hour of opening, leaving limited options. It was a bit disappointing, but not a major issue. Breakfast on both mornings was great, with a good selection to choose from. The continental offerings were also a nice touch, making for a very satisfying start to the day. I had a great stay and would definitely return to this hotel.

Highly recommend
Great location at the edge of the NAU campus and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the NYE celebration downtown. The breakfast was good and the evening food & drink reception was a nice bonus. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Family friendly with board games to enjoy. The staff were nice. The parking garage was convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Ashlee at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. Sydney was very nice as we were ending our stay. The room had a somewhat funny smell. We tried opening the windows and could not. Breakfast was great.
