Elba at the front desk was great. Very welcoming and friendly and gave us several suggestions for local restaurants that were delicious. Highly recommend

Staffs were friendly and they made the room very well. But the hotel is so old and the room was way too small. I can’t even open my small suitcase. I found the small bugs everyday from the crack in the washroom. All the furniture and facilities were so old. The location is very close to the train station. But it’s so noisy outside at night. People are so loud at night around that area. Their breakfast is pretty good. Overall, I won’t come back again.

Located very close to train station, this hotel offers convenience and easy access to the city center. And while the Service is attentive and professional, and the breakfast is very good, the room I stayed in was shabby, tired and had a strange odor whenever I entered. Furniture was old, worn and uncomfortable. Unless this place gets a serious makeover, I would not stay here again.

This hotel was perfect for our stay in Florence. We arrived by train, and it is a short and easy walk from the station. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. it is very near the heart of Florence and easy to walk to all the sights you want to see.

Great location but ....
The hotel staff were excellent and great location to attractions and central station but the room we were allocated was very small and needs some updating and TLC. The included breakfast was continental and the coffee was excellent. The beds were comfortable and king size and there was a wardrobe and a table and once you put you luggage in it left no room for moving around.
