The property was next to major bus routes and placed near many of the sights around Turin, however also located in a very loud and noisy part of town

I like the quiteness of the hotel. I love the very easy check-in guide sent to me. I was able to check-in when the receptionist was not there. The baggage area is also very safe, I kept my bags there for few hours after check-out. Nice receptionists. Overall its very neat and very OK for that pocket-friendly price. I will definitely come back when next I need a place to stay in Florence.

Do not sty there! Nightmare! No parking- dirty city, center looked horrible and the hotel is old and dirty.. slept 5 h felt like I got live.. we had no choice as was a last minute booking but regret it wished we didn’t go.

Dirty and unsafe
I had to leave the place in a flash. It was dirty, unsafe. The bed looked like someone had already slept in it. Tried to get my money back because it felt really unsafe. A stranger opened the front door for me and gave me the code. Not recommended for female travelers.

I don’t know where to start. The place has electronic access and more surveillance than most hotels. It is a lovely old loggia close to Firenze Sta Maria Novello and a 10 min walk from the heart of Florence. You can’t beat this place. Windows opening to the street. Great, clean shared facilities. Warning: rooms are great but modest. Do not expect MW or fridge. Otherwise they have all you need to visit this beautiful place.

Daniel was amazing! He spent the time to share lots of details about the surrounding area and communicated clearly in advance of my check-in. The property is similar to a boarding house or hostel. You may share a bathroom with other travelers. It is clean and the beds are comfortable. It is walkable from the station and convenient to the center. There are cafes nearby. All in all it is a great value for the money

Less of a stay, more like serving time.
It is a one floor walk up in cramped dark stairwell with no elevator. Room was tiny, dark, and felt like a college dorm. Shared bathrooms are not as romantic as it sounds. One bathroom had no hot water, while our room's sink had no cold water.

Very close to the train station, and a 20 minute walk into the heart of Florence attractions. Restaurants close by. Staff extremely helpful, Daniel a fount of information, a virtual tourist expert, very valuable. Highly recommend this place.
