Perfect for First in Florianopolis
Hotel is new and in great condition. K-Platz market in same building provides number of different eating options. The hotel has a great breakfast.

1 The hotel is a nice 4 star hotel . Rooms ate good not amazing . Good ( i stayed in a large one 701 that even had a microwave perfect for a family visiting ) My biggest complaint is that they did not had any one for the bags ( no bell boy ) but then again is a 4 star hotel . Breakfast was very good . Will stay again because the location is perfect for me because is near my family house .

I absolutely loved this property and would come back anything. I want to give a shout out to receptionist Patricia who was such a great help. The only complaint I have was a nightly noise above my room. It sounded mechanical. If it was someone’s CPAP machine I apologize for complaining. Loved it

Atendeu as expectativas, porém achei o atendimento um pouco lento e despreocupado. Ex: uestionei no dia em que cheq=guei quanto tempo antes eu deveria solicitar o meu veiculo, pois tinha um compromisso importante e estva com os minutos contados, me informaram que 5 min antes, a imformação me pareceu um pouco descuidada, então resolvi pedir com 10 min. de antecedência e ainda assim tive que aguardar mais 10 min., no dia seguinte informei o ocorrido, pois a situação para a manha seguinte seria a mesma em relação ao meu tempo, porém neste momento o veiculos estava lá dentro do horário. Por conseguinte desse ocorrido optei em não tomar café sendo que resolvi, sair antes para evitar qualquer eventualidade. Então deixo como sugestão que quando alguém se hospedar verifiquem qual a sua prosposta e se for a trabalho que vejam a possibilidade de auxiliar para que esse alguém possa ter suas necessidades atendidas.
